a. Help plan, support, or actively participate in a service of worship or reflection. Show reverence during the service. b. Review with your family or den members what you have learned about your duty to God. c. Discuss with your family, family’s faith leader, or other trusted adult how planning and participating in a service of worship or reflection helps you live your duty to God. d. List one thing that will bring you closer to doing your duty to God, and practice it for one month. Write down what you will do each day to remind you. 2. With your parent or guardian, complete the exercises in the pamphlet How to Protect Your Children From Child Abuse: A Parent's Guide http://www.scouting.org/filestore/pdf/46-014.pdf 3. Earn the Cyber Chip award for your age: Cyber Chip Requirements for Grades 4-5a. Read, commit to, and sign the Level I Internet Safety Pledge. c. As an individual or with your den, use the Teachable Recipes to demonstrate Internet safety rules to your den leader, den, or pack. (www.NetSmartz.org/scouting) d. Please bring the exercise plan we created at the last meeting, which was supposed to be worked on over the last 30 days, showing the progress each week. If you have not completed it, this is the reminder to start now and turn it in when done for 30 days. This is for the Adventure: Stronger, Faster, Higher Saturday, 10/22 at 4pm. We will be hiking 2 miles at Lapham Peak (Town of Delafield), and then participating in the Lapham Peak Fright Hike for another mile - this will accomplish (in a fun way) our 3 mile hike required for the Adventure: Webelos Walkabout. Cost of hike - $7, plus concessions, plus $5/car Park fee (or State Park Sticker). We will be carpooling, if anyone is interested.
